CUTTING ORDER SHEETS

Feel free to print the correct pdf cutting order sheet and either email them back to us or bring them in with your animal. If you'd rather fill it out when you bring your animal, we do keep paper copies on hand and we're happy to answer any questions you have about the different cuts of meat.
