Hi! I'm Lavern Schultz, the current owner of Rich Hill Meat Processing. I took over the business in 2012 after working alongside my Dad for many years. He started in 1981. We believe in processing meat your way. We offer complete "custom exempt" processing services. This means that the finished product is for your personal use only, and will be packaged with a "Not For Sale" label. Having a freezer stocked with grass-fed or grain-fed beef raised on your own land or your own home-grown pork gives you a feeling of satisfaction and security that you can't buy at the grocery store!
